That ain't much for wheels and tires, even replicas. You're looking at 400 for tires alone, leaving you with only 400 for wheels.

i learned pretty quickly in my wheel search if you arent ready to spend at a very minimum of 1200 (im sure someone will rag me for this low amount too) for wheels and tires it will be a tough or poor quality search.

I agree. I got my Tenzo R's and Falken tires back in the day for about $1100...

If you don't have a problem with used, search ebay and the like. It is possible to get good wheels at a good price. I picked up a set of BBS for $375 and refinished them myself, with paint and a set of good budget tyres it cost me $800 all up.

No, they're RG F1's.
I'd rather a one piece forged wheel than a two piece anyway. They still usually go for around $1500. I just got lucky.
