Woohoo I am getting the Helm Manual

Now with this manual will I be able to do own simple maintenance things like
checking this and that....draining/changing fluids etc ?

Does this manual contain any INSTRUCTIONAL material ?

I bought manual from him for $50 + $ 5 for shipping
