Hi guys,

I have a shift knob like this

And it has some light scratches on top of it (metal part).
I was wondering if there is a way to remove those scratches and make it look like new or at least closed to ?

The top is anodized. Depending on the depth of the scratch, you might have to sand down deep enough to remove the anodize layer. If you do this then you can polish it or leave the light sanding marks. Just remember that the raw aluminum will polish up from hand friction and oil. If you take your time with it it should look decent, but not the same as oem.
