If you've done a DIY, post a link of it here so that I can review it and put it in the DIY section (http://www.tsxclub.com/forums/488086-post.html).

The reason why I will review it is because it has to have content in order for it to be helpful in the DIY section. I have seen some DIY that only shows text when pictures would have been helpful.

Any ways, please check the DIY section to see if your DIY is in there. If not, post a link of it here and it will be brought into the DIY section.

When you create a DIY thread, please remember to put "DIY: " in front of your title to easily distinguish it from DIY to regular threads.

Updated: 1/27/2012

For those that submit or notify me of their DIY, your DIY will be stickied ickied for a week to present recognition of your work. In addition, your DIY work will be notified to the staff of TSXClub and they will be requested to give reputation points.

Got a DIY? Let me know!!!

Those of you that are doing regular or irregular maintenance to your cars, snap some pics and make a DIY if there isn't one already. It would be great to get more people wrenching than to feel like they are obligated to take their vehicles in for service. I myself, as much of a car enthusiast as I am, would love to learn more about maintaining my vehicle myself.

Not trying to take anything away from you but this DIY is not much of help. You definitely did a lot of explaining, but it's hard to tell what you're talking about without pictures supporting it. You did include pictures, but arrows, highlights, or comments in the picture would greatly help.

I'm sure the DIY is easy, but I often like to understand what I'm doing BEFORE I go to my car. That way I have everything planned out and not find out what you were talking about DURING my DIY.

This is probably great reference to those who are more familiar, but to me, a mere automotive hobbyist, I feel lost. This also contributes to why I make my DIY so detailed. It's because I want to present it to a very broad audience, not just the mechanically inclined.

Thank you for your contribution though.
