I have Tein SS. Had them on for about 30,000km already. The rear seems to have some sort of sound like compressing. It's not really a squeak but like it's losing air or something. It's both rear struts. Anyone know what they could be?

Nope. Stock sway bar for now. I have my comptech sway bar coming in though. It sounds like the compression of the shocks but I'm not sure.

Easy test. Get some WD40 or any type of lubricant. Then spray it on the shock piston and see if the noise goes away. If it does, you know what the problem is.
