Is there something in particular that causes it to appear or does it just come on at random?

So you're saying I can make it so it is always showing without having to press info button every time?you guys do know you can hold info when the key is in the on position in the ign and go into the MID menu and change what you want to display always, as well as other settings (headlight off timer, wiper intermittent settings, etc....)
one of which is what to display the average mpg and instant/range...etc.
I have the average set on the top and the instant on the bottom...
Cool, thx. Last question, why under the stock setting does it keep randomly appearing briefly and disappearingyes.
can you snap a quick pic? lol:worthlesssyou guys do know you can hold info when the key is in the on position in the ign and go into the MID menu and change what you want to display always, as well as other settings (headlight off timer, wiper intermittent settings, etc....)

yeaa i have mine reset whenever i fill up the tankUnder stock setting (or whatever your current MID setting is), you can select a "default" start-up display; that is whenever you turn the car on, it defaults to that display. So I hate to see my current MPG cause that just makes me drive like a grandma, so I have it set to trip time.
It should be in the user manual, or just do it like what Din9leB said.
From there, not just the display, you can set a lot of things such as auto light off (when accidentally left on), wiper speed (adapt to driving speed), trip timer reset (each start up vs. fill up), trip reset, to even how you want to unlock your doors (one click --> unlock just driver door, or unlock all four doors).
Newbie5, I think it'd be really good idea if you actually sit down one day and just read the User Manual; TSX (esp. 06-08) has a lot of nice features, but still lack in some fundamental feature (auto headlight). So it's best to understand the car before one day you get stuck with a dead battery in the middle of winter because you thought TSX's headlight is automatic.
Your remote is unlinked. Press the lock and unlock button at the same time to link it.I tried changing my settings today and I got an warning message saying "driver not recognize , changing setting impossible". Anyone seen this before?
