Hey anyone know what part is leaking and how to fix it on my 2004 tsx?

That looks like transmission fluid (red). Try cleaning around the transmission and up to the dipstick to see where new leaks appear. Don't forget to also check the transmission fluid level to maintain your fluid to where it's supposed to be.

Don't forget to also check around the external transmission filter.

edit: fluid also runs to a cooler inside the lower portion of the radiator.

It looks like it's right below your axle there. May be the axle seal. Fluid can come out of there as well. Just changed my Axel last week. The are basically rubber o rings between the axle and transmission.

You know the more I look at it the more I don't thi k I know what that is 🤔

Location says axle seals. But that looks kind of like grease? Check the CV boots, make sure there's no cracks. Those can fling grease a good distance.
