I have an 09 automatic tsx that I'm trying to replace the atf filter on, but I can't get to the hose clamp near the back of the engine because of a wiring harness. I can't find any information online about this. I've attached an image to help visualize the problem

Have you tried a pair of needle nosed pliers with a ~90 degree bend? I bought a pair after the first time I changed the transmission filter.
