Ok so on Saturday night I went n drove my car to the store it drove fine there but once I got back into my car it started up but sounded like the it was miss firing so I had to rush home cause I was only a few blocks away so I went and change the plugs out hoping that was it NOPE so I ran my OBD2 code reader on it showed me that it was an O2 and EVAP control valve I think it said need help?

An evap control valve typically is an electrically operated valve to purge stored gasoline fumes from the charcoal evap system filter and burn them in the engine. If it sticks open, the mixture goes way lean at idle and the car runs rough.

Forgot to add, your O2 sensor reads this condition and looks like it is a bad sensor so that code is thrown but it doesn't mean the O2 sensor is bad. Might have to replace the evap control valve which is typically not too dear.
