Trunk doesn't lock

I replaced my door lock actuators today on the drivers side and passenger and since I completed that, the trunk doesn't lock with the key fob... Is there any possible correlation or is it coincidence that maybe that actuator is gone bad on it as well? Or is it possible I hooked something up incorrect?
