Hi everyone,

I've had my 2006 TSX for two years and love the car. In the last two months, my driver's exterior door handle is getting harder and harder to open. It takes a solid pull to open the door.. it feels like something is jammed or going to break every time I open the door.

Oddly, the interior handle opens the door as designed. The actuators also work without a problem. I made a brief video of the issue. Ultimately, I'd like to fix it myself if possible. Any input is very much appreciated!

(I searched for other threads with this problem and couldn't find the same issue.)

Outside door handle sticks

I have the exact same issue with my 2006 TSX. Did you ever find a fix that was easy or did you have to take it somewhere to have it done?

I'm having the exact same problem with my 2007 TSX. Hopefully someone comes along and is able to explain whats wrong and how to fix it.

2006 TSX here, same problem on passenger side. Anyone ever come up with a fix for this?
