Long story short. Friend didn't tighten down his drain bolt when changing his MTF last and it slowly lost fluid over 2500 miles. Which ruined a gear set and ate his countershaft. Diff still functional as wheels and car still operational. Lol!

I helped take it apart and rebuilt with some new upgrades from overseas and so we have his spare LSD. I already purchased my own from Honda otherwise I'd snag this for nothing for a cheeseburger!

Looking for $400/taking offers!!

And for laughs and his embarrassment and costly mistake (although who doesn't mind reasons for upgrades?)

it was working before we yanked it (car still moved and turned freely, just didnt move in gear due to countershaft) . to the eye, yes looked just fine.
