Up for sale is the USA Spec PA15-HON3 kit. It went in my 2004 Acura TSX and worked perfectly. Upgraded to the GROM unit for bluetooth capability (Got an iPhone 5. Adapter changed... Figured I'd stream bluetooth instead) No issues, just don't need it anymore. Comes with iPod cable. Aux cable for any MP3 and the harness that plugs to the back of the stereo. $100 (incl. shipping to Canada) Or $100 + Shipping to anywhere else.

I love it. Bluetooth works amazingly and I never have any issues with it. I keep my sirius connected via AUX and when I wanna play something or when someone calls, it automatically switches over to bluetooth.

The only downside is the audio streaming quality over bluetooth isn't as good as CD quality (as expected) but rarely do you notice it. I do because I'm an audiophile. The unit is a bit pricey. I paid $250 out the door...
