Using mismatched 04 and 06 HID ballasts

Hello,

I have an 06 but one of my ballasts went out and there is 1 04/05 ballast for sale locally. I was wondering if anyone knows if you can use mismatched year HID ballasts and if there would be any issues.

I think it'll work but the 04/05 ballast won't screw into the 06 headlight like it's supposed to. You'll probably have to use some zip ties or tape to secure it.

I actually bought the Depo Euro R headlights so that works in my favour! I emailed Heeltoe to ask them so hopefully they can confirm as well.
