I have a 2012 Special Edition TSX and it hasn't been 2 years yet. I'm in the SF Bay Area and drive a lot on hills (not my preference.) I've been noticing some kind of weird sounds when I change gears while going uphill... especially when shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear. It sound's like if my clutch is slipping... but it doesn't feel like anything. Has anyone experienced this before or know what might be the problem?

Could you describe the sound? Is it a whirling sound?

I'll ask the dumb question....

...what RPM's are you shifting at and/or what rpms does the car upshift to?

(example: I shift at 3500rpms from 2nd into 3rd, or I shift into 2nd and its 3000rpms).

I've always shift around 3000rpm... I've never paid attention to what rpm I land on after the gear shift. I'll take note of it when I'm behind the wheel.
