Looks like an 06-08 Mugen Spoiler.

I dont think that's a Mugen spoiler, looks like a generic spoiler to me. For some reason it looks like a ITR replica spoiler.

also as you can tell the angle of the curve is sharper on the Mugen.

that spoiler is too big and looks funny at the bottom where it sits on the trunk. rather go for a Mugen spoiler but choose whatever you like.
