I am trying to remove it. It wont turn. I've PB Blasted the bolts twice and no luck. Any one have hinters on how to remove it?

you can try kano kroil, which is a bit better than pb/wd-40.

other option is using a torch to heat it up. or get a shop just to loosen it and you do the rest.

Im able to crack em lose with a long breaker bar. Worked on 3 cars thus far

I usually grab a cut off wheel and cut them off. Sometimes a saws all works too. I am from the north east, so I have never gotten them to come loose unless the car is fairly new.

ditto... cut em out and just get new hardware..its cheap enough

I'll try it while the car is hot. Hopefully pb has penetrated enough at this point. If it doesnt work I'll chop em

I was just having this issue today as well

I ended up stripping a bolt, even after lathering that shit in pbblast, so imma go to a shop to have them loosen for me

impact gun.. used my 18 volt cordless which did the trick

stripped mine trying to take them out, ended up using one of those extractor sockets that dig into the head.

After 170,000 miles on mine.. yeah I used a drill.

New cat installed, old bolt shavings on the ground...

Thanks all. I ended up using a Torch to heat up the bolts and Lots more PB Blaster along with a huge breaker bar. They came off no problem after that

Will be replacing my downpipe soon. Will be cutting the bolts to get it done as well
