Probably a car club or group, Isuzu is a Japanese family name.

That is the Isuzu Aska, which basically is a rebadged Accord sold only in Japan.

Anyone remember the partnership Honda and Isuzu had.....it lead to cars such as the Acura SLX, Honda Passport (both Isuzus). While Isuzu had the Isuzu Oasis minivan, which was the Honda Odyessy. You'll see a few of those in NYC as taxis.
