I have a 2009 TSX that I bought used from a dealer 2 years ago. I recieved the 3 month trial but never inquired about traffic and never received it. They kept mailing and emailing me with a six month $25 deal so I finally went for it and added traffic. The sound part came on as expected, but traffic did not. I have had it refreshed several times with no joy. The Nav setting menu says loading all the time, but never does. Is there something I need to do with the car or is this likely all XM's fault. Where do I go from here?

Call Xm and make sure you have that pkg. I did the $25 deal for 6 months after my 90 day trial and I'm sure I had it. Now I did a year with Howard stern channels and I don't have it.

Realized that other night when I was in a traffics jam. I am going to call them myself tomorrow
