Electrical gremlins please help

My 2009 Acura tsx won't start and I'm getting weird electrical readings. Half of the fuses are not getting power. It cranks but won't start

Did you check the two big fuses?

Check the big power cables and grounds straps? Connections need to be tight, clean, and not corroded or frayed.

I assume the battery is good?

I've bought a new battery twice, I don't know if I'm doing the draw test right but it has a major parasitic drain and the OBD2 doesn't work

I recommend to get new engine ground wires to eliminate low voltage issues that can go on with any sensor.

It's past my knowledge, I also don't like the looks of this battery terminal, any body know any good mobile mechanics in this area
