Armor-All Cleaning Wipes cause Damage?

I have always used 303 Aerospace Protectant throughout the entire interior. After so many years, I decided to actually grab some Armor-All Cleaning wipes to clean the arm rest on my car since it was dirty. I decided to wipe my steering wheel with it and this is what I ended up with. Before that, my steering wheel looked normal, same as show on the picture on the right side of the steering wheel. Has anyone experienced this? Am I going Crazy?
