Cheap, lightweight rims

i was looking up on tirerack.com and i found the Kosei k1 rims that you guys are talking about. the trouble is, the offset is set to 50+ is that a good thing or a bad thing for tsx? i keep hearing people saying if its over 45+ offset then its not good. my car is completely stock at the moment, except for the K&N Air filter that i added not too long ago.
