Hesitation while slowly accelerating

Ive got an 04 tsx 6mt with 136k miles on it.

For the past few days I have been having a slight hesitation while slowly accelerating. I thought nothing of it till yesterday when my car started to buck forward like I was driving on ice and my car was losing traction. Then ....BAM.... limp mode and 3 lights on my dash. I pulled off the road, turned off my car and after waiting 5 minutes drove it to Acura which was right down the street.

They replaced my APP sensor and I went on my way $400 lighter. On my way home (10 minute drive) the hesitation started again, so I took it back and they had a tech ride with me. Of course the problem couldnt be reproduced while he was in the car.

So I drove it home, and had no issues. This morning I drove to work.. no issues. Then today I drove home with the a/c on and started to notice the hesitation again. And then came the lurching/bucking front to back.

Basically it feels like I hit a patch of ice or I hydroplaned on one of my front tiers, and my car lost some traction but regained it again quickly. The rpms will rise slightly. This normally happens between 3-4k rpms and in 3rd or 4th gear. I have yet to see the check engine light, vsa light and the other light that came on at the same time. Also it seems to only happen when the a/c is on.

I called the dealer back and they were of no help. Unless it shows a code they have no idea what to do.

Ideas?
