As I said in the other thread...either go for I/H/E and Hondata...or just sell the TSX and buy something fast...cause the TSX isnt a Fast Car

Didnt you test drive it before you brought the car?

Jesus, im sick of dumb****s like this...Go buy a GTO and STFU.
Blunt but to the point. BTW an engine swap would be pretty pointless, the other engines would have less or about the same power.

all u asking is pretty much a V6 .... ~ or a light weight hardcore 4 bangers .. ~
TSX is nthign like it ... ~ so be it or trade it in for a V6 or turbo .. ~

if u go with the K20 Type-R/euroR ... ~ it wont help much .. ~ and it will be pointless if u wanna put the I series 3.0/3.2/3.5 SOHC VTEC in the TSX

btw there is a 260hp CL-S engine in my frd's garage .. if u want it let me kno lol ~

Yeah, I agree with the, "Didn't you test drive it?" crowd. Not to mention that it's pretty easy to see the "200HP" figure and compare it to other cars. Although, the TOV guys say that it's probably a bit more than 200, based on their dynos.

However, if you want more power, add it. It won't be cheap, but it probably isn't worse than swapping in an engine that wouldn't fit anyway. :) Header, intake, etc.... Hondata unless you've got an '05, then you're screwed. You need to read Hondata's website, as they have a lot of info on how to add power to our engine. I wonder if a port & polish would work too? If money is no object, I say, have fun. ;) It might be cheaper in the long run to just trade the car in for one that will make you happy. Oh well.

He might just be voicing out the same sentiment most '05 owners share, what w/ the lack of hondata and all. It's not that the car is a disappointment, it's more that the aftermarket support is less than expected. And to be honest, I thought we'd see some s/c or t/c kits out by now, two full years after the release of the car. Sure there are good reasons why those are not out (and may never be out), but it's still disappointing.

i do have a manual transmission
if the TSX doesn't have the power you like, why not trade it in for something that does have the power and performance you want!
