5x114.3 to 5x100 conversion?

Hey guys

I have a 2010 tsx and I was wondering if installing 5x114.3 to 5x100 wheel conversion spacers is an okay modification.

The reason why I ask is because I have a set of 17x9.5 rota torque r's with 35 offset from my previous WRX and they're lying around my garage with no love. Haha

Is this. Stupid idea? Wheel bearings wont last very long? Massive rubbing issues? Any input would be great. The only spacer conversion I found is practically an inch thick.. so my wheels would be sticking out too far?

Also I have a factory lip kit installed.. not sure if this will affect the overall fitment

Minimum they'll make a conversion spacer is 25mm I believe. motorsport-tech.com makes nice stuff. Can't recall the name, just escaping me, of the ones I rock (25mm) on my WRX.

So, you're looking at 17x9.5 +10 at a minimum. Good luck. And, wheel bearings are a non-issue.
