FYI I talked to H-Motors Online and they said their RRC is sold out. A new batch will arrive two weeks later, and the price will be $499 instead of $449. Looks like RRC is in demand...

Just an update: I ended up getting RSP but after a few weeks I decided to go back to RBB. I absolutely love the sound of RSP and the way it pulls, unfortunately mine is AT and I misses the torque at part throttle at low rpm. It's my daily so RBB makes better sense at this stage.

I'm surprised you didn't pick up more top end with the addition of the RSP and the rest of the new mods you added. That auto tranny must be robbing you of 20-30 whp.

What cam angle did you end up running with the RSP.
Probably because I don't have race header to make better use of the extra incoming air. What I read is 06 cam adds about 7hp for a stock-ish setup. RSP/RRC add 5-10hp for a mild K24 build. So I think my dyno number is inline with the estimation. I had hoped I could gain closer to 20hp because I used stock airbox lid for the baseline and Icebox lid for the tune. Apparently, the lid had very little impact on top-end.

My engine likes max 26 dyno-tuned. It was surprising at first, but after playing with VTC map myself (based on max values in fuel map) and got worse result, I have realized that higher angle doesn't automatically mean better. More important is to find the map that makes the engine pulls faster and smoother. But it also could be something in my setup that's interrupting the flow. My tuner thought I needed a race header to open up the top end and maybe to use higher VTC angles.

You can check my build thread to find more:

^Your tuner is right regarding your header situation. The CT header does not move a lot of air it just wasn't designed for that. Small primary's, small collector outlet, and I wonder if the tubes are equal length.

Most of the bolton k24s I've seen do not benefit from 50 degree VTC wheel as many suggest to swap out for the stock one. I'm probably going to run one regardless for future mods.

Bummer, looks like RRC is hard to find new with a reasonable price. Honda dealership no longer carry it. Anyone know I can get one new for around 500?
Heeltoeauto use to carry them for only $300. That was 3 years ago for me so I do not know if the prices have been inflated or not. :(
